We have had the pleasure of building two full property developments over the last four years, and look forward to many more successful new build home projects in the future.

We have built great working relationships with Architects, Engineers and Local private Building Control over the years to ensure a smooth, efficient and hassle free new house build process.

We often spend hours with our clients at the initial concept stage even before written quotes and prices have been discussed, our first important mission is to sit down with you and discuss what it is you need, then what is you want, once this has been broken down we can then look to get pen to paper and our Architects will come up with a fantastic new house design bespoke to you.

Once we have plans drawn up and with your budget in mind we can then come up with an accurate and realistic quote. We always recommend having a contingency of around 10% but often we end up coming in on budget.

With planning permission in place and quote accepted we can then get the build underway, we have the trades and material suppliers all in place to carry out a quality new build project, with our goal of minimal stress to you the client. 

We stay with you from start to finish, we never leave our clients out of the loop and pride ourselves on good communication and always being readily available to discuss any aspect of the project. 

We work within West & East Sussex in locations such as Brighton, Hove, Shoreham By-Sea, Lancing, Worthing Goring, Ferring, Findon, Rustington, Storrington, Steyning, Arundel, West Chiltington, as well as places in-between.
